These guys are great. I towed my Prius V 2013 to them for an engine replacement. This was the best decision I made. I have to say when my engine over heated. I made bunch of calls and the estimates that I got where a over the place. When I saw their add I called them and they where exact on the parts, labor and the price. Thank you guys! You are the best! The owner provided a free diagnostic and told me why my engine lights were on. I checked out their website and it has all the information I needed to know about my car and what battery is the best option for me. They also provide same day service if you really need your car the same day for no extra charge. Fast and much cheaper than other places I contacted. Would recommend Ace Hybrid Tech.
Excellent place, I took my 2002 Prius who's hybrid battery died completely and they brought it back to life!! I'm very satisfied with their service, and very unusual care for the customer!! Very reasonable prices!! I shopped around for batteries and they gave me the best price along with an outstanding service!! Ask for Mo and/or Bob. They were very kind and easy to work with. I am super happy with the job and customer service. As I am also in customer service I really appreciate how attentive they were. I know my current car is not a Hybrid but if I can get them to look at the car first I feel comfortable they will be honest and informative as they were with my Toyota.

Great Hybrid shop! I arrived before they officially opened but they were more than willing to help. They ran a free diagnostic and talked me through my Prius's indicator lights. He knew everything pertaining to my car and gave me reasonable pricing on resolving the issues.
Took my 2005 Toyota Prius there which had four warning lights on on the dashboard. They knew exactly what they meant, replaced the hybrid battery for a cost lower than anywhere else I could find, and I was in and out of there in less than two hours. I will be bringing back all of my family's hybrid cars for service from now on.
My cluster on my dash stopped working so I was unable to see my gas level, speedometer, etc. Not a fun way to drive around, especially cross country! Ace Hybrid was extremely responsive, thorough, and very reasonable in their timeframe and pricing. I have a warranty on this now and am thankful for their customer service and work!
