The shop itself is clean compared to most automotive repair shop. Receiving area and bathroom were very clean .I met the owner and owners son. They were extremely kind and helpful. Explained my problem and repair options for my aging 2008 prius. The price was very reasonable as this is the second shop I went to. And even gave me a senior discount. Great service and fair prices! I came in 15 months ago and got the least expensive rebuild battery for my Prius (because it’s a 2004 with almost 250k on it). This set me back just under 1k and came with a 16 month warranty. It worked great but started to act up a little yesterday. I came in with my warranty in hand, a little worried that with only 2 weeks left on it they might try to get out of helping me. Well, i had no need to worry! Mo remembered me, where i worked and detailed of our last conversation over a year ago. He IMMEDIATELY got to work replacing my battery and the process should only take about 30 min!
