Great service and fair prices! I came in 15 months ago and got the least expensive rebuild battery for my Prius (because it’s a 2004 with almost 250k on it). This set me back just under 1k and came with a 16 month warranty. It worked great but started to act up a little yesterday. I came in with my warranty in hand, a little worried that with only 2 weeks left on it they might try to get out of helping me. Well, i had no need to worry! Mo remembered me, where i worked and detailed of our last conversation over a year ago. He IMMEDIATELY got to work replacing my battery and the process should only take about 30 min!
