At Ace Hybrid Tech, we Specialize in Re-manufacturing Hybrid Batteries, and Maintaining the Hybrid Systems of our customers' cars and trucks. The Inverter is a Generator of Electricity that runs off of the gas engine and Charges the hybrid battery. It is much bigger than an Alternator, which charges the small 12-volt battery on a Gas-Only vehicle. A Hybrid Vehicle cannot run without the Inverter working properly. The Vehicle may 'Shut Down', or go into 'Limp Mode' as a Safety Precaution, when the Inverter is not working properly.

A Re-manufactured Hybrid Battery is a battery where all of the cells inside are of, the same capacity (80%, 85%, 90%, etc. compared to new). When a battery discharges to provide energy, all of the cells inside go down at the same time. The cells need to be Equal in capacity, so that the weaker cells don’t get burned out by the stronger cells. We Bench Test all of our cells, and Load Test the re-manufactured battery to ensure its Quality, and Remaining Longevity.

If this is a Shipping Order, or an Inverter Exchange, with no installation on our part, the customer will need to pay a Refundable Core Deposit of $50.00 which will be gladly Refunded when we receive the old Inverter back.

Shipping: The two-way shipping cost is approximately $250.00, if the battery/ product you choose is eligible to be shipped. Some hybrid batteries are not eligible because of size and/or programming required.  The shipping amount, if any, will be added to your order at checkout. We will contact you if the shipping charge exceeds $250.00 for any reason. Sorry, No International Shipping.
